Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns on new, unopened, and unused merchandise in its original packaging and unbroken inner and/or outer seal within 5 calendar days of receiving your order (based on tracking delivery date).

Sale-priced items, purchases with a discount code, and promotional purchases are considered final sale. These items and/or purchases cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

  • For hygienic reasons, we can only accept items that are unopened and unused, in brand new condition with the original wrap and/or seal.
  • Opened and/or used items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • If the returned items are opened and/or used, a refund will not be issued and the item(s) will not be mailed back to the customer. If a re-delivery is requested, an additional shipping/handling fee will be paid by the customer.
  • We cannot accommodate exchanges at this moment.

Please email us at infor@livingstore.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Returns made without a Return Number will not be processed.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Please note we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping back to us. We highly recommend using a reputable courier with a reliable tracking service.
Important Note: Returns must be received within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our warehouse. International orders have 35 days from receiving your order return merchandise. For returns older than 30 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.

LivingStore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or shipments.

Once we receive the returned items in new, unopened, unused, and original condition, a refund will be processed within 5 business days. 

  • You will receive a notification email when the refund has been processed.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original form of payment.
  • The original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been processed and/or shipped.

  • Order cancellations/modifications may be subject to a processing/handling fee.

Please note prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

  • We cannot accommodate price adjustments on previous orders.

Digital gift cards, once issued, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

  • The return policies on this page apply to purchases made using a gift card as the form of payment.
  • Refunds on eligible items purchased using a gift card will be issued in the form of a store credit.
  • If an address is entered incorrectly at the time of purchase, we will resend your item for an additional shipping fee upon request.
  • In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from our courier partners and item(s)/ parcel is returned to Living Store, we will cancel and refund the order.
  • Re-delivery request shall NOT be entertained. A fresh new order has to be re-submitted.
