Shipping Process

Payment Confirmation Items will be arranged for dispatch after payment is confirmed.

Parcels returned due to personal factors

  2. Opt for reshipment (Please note that the recipient must cover all shipping fees. The fee will be charged based on the cost required for the initial shipment)
  3. Opt to abandon the parcel

Important Notes 
1. Delivery standard timeframes cannot be guaranteed; the information provided is for reference only.
2. Customs in most destinations will inspect and impose taxes (if applicable) on express shipments. The time required for customs clearance is not included in the standard delivery timeframe.
